Not everything fits in a box — but almost anything can be shipped, if it is handled the right way.
Transpo Logistics handles sea export of cars, motorcycles, machinery and oversized cargo from Thailand end to end: custom crating, container stuffing and lashing, vessel booking, and export customs clearance. Everything is done in-house at our own warehouse, backed by over 50 years of experience.
Many exporters get stuck at the very first step, because their cargo has a shape or weight that standard providers turn away. This is the kind of freight we handle every week.
Send us photos and dimensions and our team will assess your cargo at no cost.
The recurring problems do not come from the voyage itself. They come from what happens before the container is sealed.
1. Inadequate lashing and securing
A vehicle or machine that is not properly secured will shift as the vessel rolls, resulting in dented panels, damaged suspension, or impact damage to other cargo sharing the container.
2. Choosing the wrong container type
Cargo that exceeds standard container dimensions needs to be assessed from the outset. Getting this wrong means changing plans mid-process and absorbing avoidable costs.
3. Incomplete documentation for the destination
Certain cargo, vehicles in particular, is subject to requirements on both the Thai side and the destination side. A single missing document leaves your shipment sitting at the port while demurrage charges accumulate daily.
4. Missing the vessel booking window
Some routes have only one sailing per week. Missing a slot means pushing delivery back by another full week.
One team owns every stage. No coordination across multiple vendors, and no gap where responsibility falls between parties.
Requirements vary by cargo type and destination. Tell us what you are shipping and where it is going, and we will confirm the full document list before work begins.
I want to ship a car overseas. Where do I start?
Start by telling us the vehicle type, destination country and your target delivery date. We will assess the appropriate container type, confirm the documents required, and give you full costs before any work begins. Assessment is free.
How long does sea export of a vehicle take?
Transit time depends on the destination and sailing schedule. The Thai-side work — packing, stuffing and customs clearance — can be planned around whichever sailing you need, provided we know your delivery deadline in advance.
Can multiple vehicles share one container?
Yes, depending on size and quantity. Our team calculates the loading arrangement to maximise container space, and secures each unit so nothing shifts in transit.
Can cargo larger than a standard container be exported?
Yes, but it needs assessment first to determine the right container type and stuffing method. Send us the dimensions and weight and we will advise.
Is cargo insurance available?
For high-value shipments we recommend discussing coverage with our team so it matches your cargo and route.
What do I need before contacting you?
Just your cargo type, approximate dimensions, destination country and target delivery date. That is enough for us to assess and quote.
Whether it is a single vehicle, an entire production line, or cargo you are not sure how to approach, send us the details and our team will assess it right away at no cost.
